Hila Douhour\u00e9-Sibailly est une fervente d\u00e9fenseure de l'avancement des femmes, de l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 et de l'inclusion professionnelle. Fondatrice de la Fondation Women Deserve It, elle s'appuie sur son exp\u00e9rience v\u00e9cue et sur sa profonde conviction en la solidarit\u00e9 f\u00e9minine et la justice pour offrir aux femmes des opportunit\u00e9s de s'\u00e9panouir. Elle est convaincue qu'investir dans les femmes, en particulier celles qui sont souvent laiss\u00e9es pour compte, contribue \u00e0 un monde meilleur.<\/p>\n
